Processes Unlimited International Inc. Acquires Dean Oliver Companies to Expand Client Services to U.S. and International Markets.

Bakersfield, CA – July 1, 2008: Processes Unlimited International Inc. announced today it has acquired Dean Oliver International, a privately held Georgia-based company. Dean Oliver provides engineering services to clients in the building products, minerals and metals, food and beverage, power and renewable energy industries. Offices are located in Tucker, Ga. (near Atlanta) and Dallas, Tex. (Dean Oliver West). Financial details were not disclosed.
Dean Oliver has been in business since 1983 and offers project management, planning, design and multi-discipline engineering services to both the U.S. and international markets. Through superior customer service and high engineering standards, Dean Oliver has developed a strong client base that continues to grow.
With the acquisition of Dean Oliver, Processes Unlimited will be expanding its market base from primarily the West Coast to Central and Eastern United States and diversifying into new industrial markets. Processes Unlimited will also be able to provide additional services to its clients who have multiple facility locations.

Integration between both companies has already begun through strategic planning and combined project efforts. Processes Unlimited’s staff will grow from 290 employees to nearly 400 employees covering a wide range of disciplines including mechanical, structural, electrical, automation and process engineering. Dan Bernstein will remain President of Processes Unlimited. Dean Oliver’s President Jon Ferguson will become the Operations Manager of the Tucker office and Mike Rand will be the Operations Manager of the Dallas location.
